More bad news for Swifties: Ticketmaster cancels Friday on-sale for Taylor’s Eras tour dates

In a surprising move, Ticketmaster has canceled all Eras tickets scheduled for Friday after the concerts.

The tour has been rescheduled for May 28 at the Verizon Center in Washington.

Taylor, whose upcoming album is expected to be her first release in 11 years, was previously scheduled to perform at the Verizon Center on Monday, Nov. 20. Tickets for that show went on sale to Ticketmaster on July 17. The show is now scheduled for March 30.

This is the first time that the tour has been rescheduled.

The concert dates were postponed when Swift stopped touring. Swift had said in early July it was “uncomfortable” to be on the road.

The singer and her crew were spotted in Atlanta this week, visiting the Peach State. That visit came after last week’s announcement that she would be pulling out of a tour to film a documentary. She is also set to premiere the documentary at the Sundance Film Festival.

The tour dates were rescheduled for late November and were originally scheduled to continue through mid-December. The tour, which is in its 23rd year, was launched in May 2014.

Taylor’s tour dates were confirmed earlier this month.

A new documentary produced by Swift would chronicle her “real” life, including her relationship with her daughter, Stella, and her love life.

The documentary, titled “Reputation,” will not be released until Nov. 13.
